By downloading or using Squee Fit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

About the service

Squee Fit provides workout timer and tracking tools for informational and training support purposes only. The app is designed to help you build habits and enjoy interval training — with Squee by your side.

Health disclaimer

Important: Squee Fit is not medical advice and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional before starting new training programs, especially if you have injuries or medical conditions.

You use the app at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

Health platform integration (optional)

You may optionally save completed workouts to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) by enabling health sync in Settings. This feature is off by default. Only completed workout sessions from the app may be written (title, start time, end time, and duration). The app does not read clinical health data from those platforms. You can disable the feature in Settings or revoke access in device health settings at any time.

Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and in line with these terms.
Keep your device and account credentials secure.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Provide accurate information when contacting support.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium features may be offered via in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by the respective store policies. We do not store full payment card details.

Intellectual property

Squee Fit, including the Squee mascot, visual design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
